- Implemented Kagan and was asked to video teachers in my district to use as models when they train
- Spotlighted by the Texas Education Agency for outstanding work during our RSSP grant initiative
- Conducted site visits with TEA to showcase systems in place for our blended learning model
- Coached and worked with the leadership team to make them instructionally sound in research based practices
- Many of my leadership team are sought after by the Education Service Center in
- Region 7
- My leadership is what retains them in the district.
