Summary

40 years of production supervision in different aspects of production, and manufacturing. Worked for a Fortune 500 company in several different areas of production. I have 40 years working with and training employees in all different areas of production and Manufacturing, Safety and Quality. Served as a customer Representative for 2 years while at Arvin/Meritor. I am trained in Continuous Improvement, 5 Why's, Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagrams), I was responsible for 5 EIT teams ( Employee Involvement Teams) I helped implement Kaizen Improvement Teams, Kanban (For the entire plant) as well as Quality programs like Stop Call, and Wait. Launched too many programs to list here for Ford, BMW, Mazda, Mercedes, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Chrysler, and GM. I have a unique ability to adapt to change, and learn quickly any new job or program that is given to me, and perform to a high level of Quality, Safety, and Efficiency .
