As the director of wildlife I was in charge of booking all the hunts as well as the day to day ranch management tasks. The ranch was 176,000 acres. I conducted the annual aerial wildlife survey as well as booking all the hunts and providing guide services. In addition I assisted with the cattle operation year round. We would host in excess of 300 hunters per year. Species of interest included whitetail deer, mule deer, pronghorn antelope, quail (both bobwhite and blue quail, dove, hogs and predators.
