My Duties included but not limited to supervising and overseeing an underground crew in all work related to maintaining,repairing and installing underground utilities. In my leadership role .I assign task and ensure work is completed safely and in a timely manner. All work is done in accordance to our safety manual and company policies. I am also on the near miss committee which is responsible for reviewing near miss reports turned in by co workers. I have also recently taken on the responsibility of helping to establish the Work Procedure Manual in the Underground Department. In addition to our daily work I am also responsible for helping to train our Journey Lineman and our apprentices.
