fiber splicing Supervisor in Jan. 2019

Promoted to fiber splicing Manager in June of 2022 over the West

Central Florida.

Relocated to Columbia SC in Sept. of 2023 with lightspeedcg to

Supervise BAU fiber splicing and help with coax splicing

Position change to RDOF supervisor in April of 2024 working that

position to present .

Duties to include:

overseeing fiber splicing for BAU and RDOF

helping with Supervising BAU coax splicing

Managing contractors in the field maintaining quality product.

Supervised field crews to maximize quality and work efficiency.
