City West Campus is a 1.5 million square foot business park located in a 33-acre amenity campus, which includes two 20-story buildings, a 9-story building, and a 6-story building. The campus is home to high-profile business units, including Bechtel, Honeywell, Equinor, and BMC.

Campus is a 63-acre, 1.4 million square foot campus.

The campus includes sixteen three-story buildings connected by a common basement level, and a 100k square foot fitness and conference building.

The connected building is run by a 5, 1,000-ton carrier centrifugal chiller system, 6 cooling towers, and a complex emergency backup system. The fitness center has two 300-ton air-cooled McCray systems.

Owned properties included all Mann Eye Institute locations, Katy VA clinic, Retina Vitreous of Texas, Regions Bank of Austin North, Whitney Bank Museum District, and West Green ASC of Katy. Any facility issue passed through the operations department.
