- Spearheaded the bank wide audit for a new department ensuring accuracy of the documents created and thereby avoiding any regulatory issues.
- Learned the technical side of the bank within a short period of time and took on international team management responsibilities that resulted in managing 5 tech teams with about 30 members.
- Owned the initiative to introduce 180 bilingual Spanish scripts to our call centers and worked on the effort to make the bank more customer friendly.
- This included replacing the old process of Spanish speaking agents and introduce a whole new system on a brand-new platform called Salesforce.
