The Disaster Emergency Assessment Notification is specifically designed to assist Communities, Churches, Schools, Hospitals, Convalescent Homes, Special Needs Centers and other facilities. This customized mobile application is designed for Administration and their staff to track members and victims after a major disaster. Fire Captain Bobby Laster, along with several other Los Angeles based Fire Captains, Los Angeles Police Officers and high-ranking government officials developed this multifaceted system. Captain Laster led this group of highly trained individuals to create one of the most innovative groundbreaking solutions ever seen.
