Oversaw daily operations in swimming pool construction projects from initiation to finalization. Managed tasks including form carpentry, installation of steel reinforcements, plumbing, concrete work, tile placement, paver installation, and application of acrylic deck textures. Led a team of up to five personnel, ensuring efficient task execution throughout project timelines. Started with the owner of the company as a laborer and worked my way up to running a truck in the 13 years as an employee.

Assisted with form carpentry and steel reinforcement installation, including simon forms and concrete application. Operated basic hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Supported fire watch duties and contributed to tool room operations. Collaborated in managing the lay down yard at the Crystal River plant, moving materials and equipment to the nuclear side of the facility.
