• I have managed multiple departments throughout the plant, including Thigh Debone and Debone Cone line. I have a great relationship with all of my employees and ensure we run with the best efficiency we can

• I am tasked with learning all machines in the planer mill, and filling in on those machines when employees do not show up.

• I was taught basic supervisor skills and was tasked with learning the different duties for every department in the processing plant

• I learned how to install new air conditioner units and work on some that were not working correctly
