Accomplishments
While at ADM we turned the mill around full circle. Going from last in yield and EDT and improving to top five on a consistent basis. Demo of mill and commissioning of new mill.
Ardent mills was ranked 38th out of 41 mills when I started and ranked top 10 when recruited to PHM.
