• Responsible for overseeing all aspects of admissions operations, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and accountability.
• Lead a team of approximately 28 staff members, which includes associate and assistant directors, call center supervisor, advising manager, admissions officers, enrollment coordinators, admissions data specialists, applicant academic advisors, and call center representatives.
• Spearhead strategic enrollment initiatives designed to meet and surpass enrollment budget, resulting in both an increase in overall university student enrollment and enhanced retention rates.
• Implement innovative methods to improve staff efficiency by developing streamlined processes and incorporating advanced technology.
• Facilitate comprehensive training and professional development for admissions, recruitment, and enrollment staff.

• Support university mission with efficiency and adaptability in response to evolving institutional priorities.

• The course objectives are to understand the historical narrative of institutions and institutional structures.
