7 Years 6 Months- Working as a TFA on Siemens and Gamesa projects, doing walk downs, inspecting components, Gen-alignment, retrofit, installing component parts, and also working with crane crews to ensure rigging is done properly as per customer demand.
1 Year
- Working on Gamesa; G-117 doing annual services such as; torque and tensioning tower sections, changing out off-line filters, filling out outer lubbers, replacing grease cups, filling out accumulators, filling out coolant, changing cabinets filters, etc.
- Working on a GE 1.5 towers doing services such as; changing off-line filters, inspecting gearbox, torqueing pucks, greasing blades and generator, changing brushes, changing batteries and H-bridge in the hub, calibrating the blades, changing pitch motors, etc.
3 Years
- Working on a V90 towers doing 8years services, Such as torque and tension in the hub, blades bolts, tower sessions, changing grease bags in the blades, filling out accumulators, changing filters, filling out coolant, filling out gear oil, changing hydraulic oil, springs pad, checking coupling, filling out grease jugs, etc.
2 Years
- Working on the Siemens wind turbine doing annual service, such as bolt Torque and tensioning the blade bolts, base bolts, using the greaser to fill Up the lubrication bottles, filling up hydraulics oil, gear oil, replacing broken Reactor fan, changing out inline filter, offline filter, cabinet filters, blade Calibration and also changing out broken grease bottle in the blade ring, etc.
2 Years
- Doing annual services on V100 towers, Such as changing gear box filters, filling out coolant, replacing grease bags in the blades, filling out accumulators, springs pad, checking coupling, greasing the main shaft, basic cleaning, etc.
