  • Provided regular technical support in the development of Haiti country office infographics and factsheets that summarized and visualised data from multiple sources which informed different audiences (Management Team, Program managers; Donors, Governments counterparts) in evidences-based decision making, advocacy, fundraisings and programming.
  • Successfully provided technical support to program sections, ensuring that they were equipped with programme frameworks such as Rowling Work Plans signed with the Government of Haiti and Programme Documents established with civil society organizations as well as have quality information to assess progress towards expected results.
  • Conducted review and quality assurance for > 100 regular program documents (PD & SSFA) which contributed to significantly improve the quality of programme design in line with existing programming guidelines and standards;
  • Supported to improve and strengthen existing monitoring systems (partner reporting, field visits, programmatic visits, program annual reviews, CwC/AAP/mechanisms) where efforts significantly contributed to capture and demonstrate programme achievement towards expected targets;
  • Played the role of PM&E Focal Point for the development of 2018 and 2019 annual reports which enabled to improve the quality of annual report and to ensure that its components (SMQ, RAM, COAR and CRAVE) were completed following existing guidelines and timely submitted within corporate deadlines;
  • On September 2019, Haiti Country Office completed the midterm review of its CPD2017-2021 under the format of SMR (Strategic Moment of Reflection) where I provided technical support in the development of the Strategic Intent Memo (SIM); update of Programme Strategy Notes (PSNs) and developed the minutes of the process.
  • The technical support from my side contributed to ensure that the Country Office and national partners were equipped with a well-prioritized and realistic plan of research, M&E activities.
  • Provided technical support to programme sections for 18 studies in the areas of Health, Nutrition, HIV, Education, Child Protection, Emergency and C4D of which 9 were fully completed.
