In my present position, I started as a Brand Associate. Working for the Gap, we are trained to embrace and execute extremely high levels of customer service. Building brand loyalty through friendly and personal interaction with the customer, and letting them know about our company loyalty cards, is executed with the intention of repeat future business.

I quickly progressed to becoming a Merchandise Specialist. In this role, I am responsible for viewing and merchandising store layouts according to company standards.
