- Global leader overseeing marketing strategies for four brands with a combined portfolio of over 6,000 products, generating $725M+ in annual revenue (2024).
- Executive team member contributing to company-wide strategic planning, including revenue goal setting, long-term growth initiatives, and risk management.
- Responsible for defining and executing overarching brand strategies, ensuring alignment and consistency across all consumer touchpoints and retail experiences.
- Leads a high-performing marketing team of 20 professionals, fostering collaboration across departments to drive company success.
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Designs, plans, and implements marketing strategies, supporting campaigns and initiatives that align with company objectives, audience segmentation, and go-to-market (GTM) activations.
- Leads development and execution of GTM initiatives that maximize reach, engagement, and revenue across global markets.
- Oversees promotional campaigns, public relations, and multi-channel marketing efforts (digital, print, video, social, PR, etc.) to drive demand generation and brand awareness.
- Develops and manages a $12M marketing budget (2025) to support corporate and departmental goals.
Product Commercialization & Innovation:
- Spearheads new product launches, averaging 30–40 introductions annually, contributing over $50M in incremental sales.
- Manages the company’s product launch calendar, ensuring cross-functional alignment with internal and global teams to meet critical deadlines and success factors.
- Drives digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer engagement, leveraging digital communications, websites, and social media strategies.
Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Measurement:
- Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Conducts competitive analysis and market research to refine value propositions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Implements digital marketing strategies, lead generation efforts, and omnichannel customer engagement initiatives to optimize sales growth.
