  • Assemble Mixer Bay Ducts, install and safety wire temperature sensors, installation of adhesively bonded orifice plates, installation of ducts, drain lines, avionics, and fan motors on airplane, installation of jumpers and various other components in the Feederline area per Engineering requirements and BAC specs. Composite repair of ducts and defective sleeve replacement in all of bldg. 88-20 for over 12 years
  • Examined parts to uncover defects before assembly

  • Back up Team Lead
  • Kaizen to pre assemble fan motor jumpers and clamps in Feederline area to eliminate uncured sealant damage to fan motor insulation cover. Also it serves to eliminate time for installing fan motor on baseline SOI.
  • EI team project for fan motor lifting tool. EI team had a project to have a fan motor lifting tool for assembling the fan motor in the air plane. Fan motors weigh more than the 35lb safety limit for one person to lift.
  • I have repaired hundreds perhaps thousands of ducts in my time here at Boeing saving the company millions of dollars.
  • Work with LE's, Managers, and other Team Leads in our building and occasionally in other buildings to rework their damaged ducts in a timely manner to reduce JBS.
