Summary

I have been with ResCare for over 3 years now. I started as a DSP and moved to a Program Coordinator in the Winfield Office. My consumers have been my passion for these three years. I have moved up to the Program Coordinator Position responsible for Therap Online Document Storage. I ensure that documents are labeled, uploaded, linked and dated correctly so that our Staff can access the documentation they need at a moments notice. I now have permissions to do approvals of important documents, creating and applying ISP programs to our consumers as requested by our ED's.

I am in the Process of becoming a Certified Therap Trainer independently through the Therap Program. I have passed their testing and other requirements, I am awaiting the opportunity to "Train their Trainer" to complete the steps to gain my Certificate. That should be complete by May 1, 2024.

Therap is an on going passion of mine as well as traveling. I enjoy seeing and interacting with the Staff that I correspond with in email daily. We have a wonderful company with Amazing staff and I'd love to continue to grow with ResCare.
