Oversee the processing of all Medical Staff, Advanced Practice Professional staff and Telemedicine staff credentialing and recredentialing applications for 225 providers utilizing credentialing software.
Monitor and verify expiable documents.
Assist the Credential Committee with the privileging process for providers including the development of privilege criteria, privilege delineations.

Maintain the medical staff checking and savings accounts.
Member of the Michigan Association of Medical Staff Services. Serviced as president of the Mid-Michigan chapter 2013-2015.

Work with the quality director regarding complaints and concerns and complete follow up on those that are determined to be grievances.
Manage patient terminations preparing the letter and assure that appropriate follow-up is completed.
Report potential/actual claims to the hospital insurance company, maintain claims files and mange claims spreadsheet.
Work with hospital attorney on all open claims.
Manage risk management related policies and report claims data to hospital committees.
Maintain membership with the Michigan Society of Healthcare Risk Management (MSHRM) and attend meetings.
Served as the Accreditation Survey Administrator - completing application, communicating correspondence to leaders and managers, assisting with preparing for survey and post survey plan of correction and interim progress reports.
