I worked for all 4 facilities within Sunbridge Healthcare. Alzheimer’s dementia memory care, rehab center and the two assisted living. My job title and job description was different at two of the facilities. Alzheimer’s dementia unit and the rehab center I was a NAC. Job description was resident care dressing/undressing, bathing, vital signs, feeding, ambulation, personal hygiene, and activities. The assisted living buildings I was NAC/ nurse delegated. I preformed resident care, medication admiration, and treatments.
