2018 - 2022
- Collaborated with engineers and technicians in the Pilot Lab to build catheters from rough draft prototypes, utilizing wires, cutting braids, pulling braid, outer sheath, heat shrink, mandrel, hot air system, airflow tools, liners, precision measurement instruments, and microscopes.
- Refined and updated the redline of the Manufacturing Process Instruction (MPI) to ensure that documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to follow for production team.
- Drove pre-DV development and supported the project's readiness for cleanroom manufacturing launch.
- Worked with Accu-cut machine, Laser Bonder, Laser Stripper, Welding, and leak testing as part of the project scope.
- Assembled catheters and precision medical devices in a controlled cleanroom environment following strict regulatory standards
- Utilized microscopes, rulers, heat guns, and specialized hand tools to perform detailed assembly of small and delicate components
- Executed precision work requiring strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail to meet tight tolerances
- Followed standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical instructions to ensure product consistency and compliance
- Conducted visual inspections and measurements to verify accuracy and identify defects
- Maintained strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, including proper gowning and contamination control
- Documented production processes and ensured traceability of materials and finished products
- Collaborated with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain efficient workflow
- Executed molding processes for small and large components, maintaining high-quality standards and minimizing material waste
