  • Lead a successful online banking conversion/migration of over 10,000 customers. Followed by launch of online account opening, new functionality to the bank.
  • As a scrum master for two teams I lead succesful daily standups with a focus on work updates and connection among the team. Restrospective has always been a favorite meeting and I have lead the team through challenging, transparent and honest retros with the aim to always improve.
  • As a project leader I have been able to able to forge solid relationships with strategic partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels. When encountering resistance to change I have been able to navigate progress through the institutions culture and overcome by building relationships and discovering hidden agendas, securing the empowerment through executive stakeholders all helping to ensure successful outcomes with cross-functional project teams.
