I have been working in this trade for over eight years, during which time I have developed skills such as communication, teamwork, physical stamina, and equipment operation, among others. Effective communication is crucial in a bakery, as recipes must be followed precisely to ensure a high-quality result. Furthermore, teamwork has helped me foster a positive work environment; the high demand for products can create significant stress and physical fatigue due to long hours, but knowing how to delegate helps manage the workload and leverage individual strengths. My work as a baker has also provided me with the knowledge to operate computerized industrial machinery. In short, this profession has enabled me to develop skills in communication, team delegation, and handling long hours, as well as the ability to follow instructions for the proper operation of machinery.

At the quality control station, I learned to identify potential errors that often go unnoticed by following a rigorous quality process. For instance, product inspections involve checking for potential damage, sampling items, and reporting any defects or errors before the product moves to the production stage. In short, the requirement for high quality standards and a zero-tolerance policy for mistakes helped me become a specialist in ensuring production quality.
