- I at first just started as an inserter, which entails putting magazines and such inside a machine that inserts papers, such as The Frederick paper, among others.
- Eventually, I would move to the distribution center, where I would help carriers get their papers and supplies they needed for the night.
- I also typed up reports of the number of papers I received, or the products I would give out by email and by grid sheets.
- I then eventually became a team lead, which required me to take the lead of the operations at night and to make sure things went smoothly.
- I had a team I had to lead, and I had to make sure they were doing what they needed to do.
- I grew a lot with the company, but I felt like it was time to move on and seize more opportunities to better my future.
