I coach operational leadership and colleagues on relevant safety topics. Provide administrative and technical support and provide updates on all corporate safety and health program procedures, and policies to my region. Provide leadership in the inspection, analysis, audit, and investigation of safety practices. Analyze regional safety posture, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, and develop solutions. I coach operations with accident investigations, facilitate communication of accident investigation reviews. Partner with branch and project leaders to ensure compliance with all safety programs, procedures and policy. Track and evaluate jobsite safety trends and leading risk indicators. Assist in developing and implementing safety programs, policies, & procedures and leverage industry programs. Help operations to develop and implement corrective measures. Perform jobsite inspections and prepare reports regularly. Review jobsite documentation such as JSA’s for accuracy and compliance. Prepare educational seminars and webinars as needed. Visit multiple jobsites to make sure employees are following company safety policy and procedures as well as the client they are working for.
