I built the heaviest parts of the Kiln mainly the mixing chamber and duct work and dampers, downcomers, trusses, baffle doors the whole nine. Mixing chamber is 9 tons all done with a Lull and Taylor forklift. I used every welding technique that is currently availible on this job. Rolling metal as well.

• Operated MIG and Arc gouging
• Interpreted blueprints and schematics to ensure precise fabrication of metal components
• Learned fitup for underground water/ sewer pipes
• Backgouged and UT on every joint and weld 1/16 fluxcore

I made jig/ fixtures that sped up production x2 for the classic model scissor lift and the low profile model. Mastered TIG aluminum and stainless here as well. Welded and assembled the entire unit for shipment. Hydraulics and Electrical.

Fully Certified on Overhead Cranes and Rigging. Got put on the R&D project Stoneblower soon after starting. There is a youtube created exclusivley for this project. Greatly appreciated this oppurtunity working closely with Engineers and QA to learn and grow in the trade of metallurgy.

Fluxcore 0.52, Stick welding, Sub Arc. All welding methods and Joint designs on Naval Battleships LPD 26 LPD27 LPD28 LPD29 LHA 6 and LHA7 which are currently full of marines in the Mediteranean Sea waiting for orders
