At G and G sales I was a laborer and did many different things it was a small business. My main job was working on pumps for paper mils by disassembling them and rebuilding. I would put new seals, bearings,o-rings and cleaning parts inside the pumps to make them look and function like new again. also do anything my boss needed done ex. Lay concrete, Some electrical work, Landscaping and wood building for what was needed on the spot. Many different tools used ex. Forklift, Acetylene torch and basic tools.

Starting At IES Communications I was a infrastructure Builder "build out". I was assigned to follow prints and work with a team to build trapeze for hanging cabling basket tray and building the several tears for fiber in the data center also any equipment needed before cabling was landed. I used basic hand tools and lifts/ladders to do so. I recently have been assigned the cabling side, running fiber pigtails and trunks. I pulled 192s and 384s I then advanced in this quickly and became the crew lead over the core area cable pulls, now I am the crew lead over the building to building fiber trunk cable pulls. I review prints to know the routes the cable will be landing and the conduit it will go through I then lead the crew to do so.

I started working for Team Fishel back in December of 2023 am still currently employed. I had little fiber experience with most experience being just have ran, pulled and dressed fiber with Ies in data centers. At Team Fishel I have worked with Segra, Verizon, Dominion, and have done T-Mobile rings and Dish jobs for Segra also inside panel builds and case builds. I have mostly worked in the Richmond area doing Segra work and learned quickly and started splicing alone after about 3 months for Segra. I have learned how to splice correctly, read prints and wring diagrams, understand fiber paths, and testing(otdr). I have done emergencies such as fiber breaks, cuts, and troubles for both Segra and Verizon.
