I also develop strategic business relationships with contractors. My duties encompass conducting panel change-outs, AC maintenance, AC unit installations, tenant improvements, and new constructions. I ensure all operations comply with city codes, manage material orders, and handle billing. I schedule inspections, assign tasks to employees, subcontractors, and vendors, and address various issues as they emerge. Additionally, I oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and quality control.
I founded the company without any financial assistance and successfully established a new HVAC division within the firm. I have contributed to driving complex software projects that bolster the company's success. Through outstanding relationship building and management within the industry, I have achieved zero advertising costs. I have identified and addressed dependencies and worked to eliminate barriers to progress. I provide customers with premium service by being available on an "on-call" basis for emergencies and repairs.
