Brad, A customer reached out to their sales team and brought to their attention the great job that you did at their site. They have now asked for you moving forward. Below is what was shared from the customer I was here with Brad and just wanted everyone to know that this guy really tried to figure out what was wrong; with the install last night, he was not going to stop until it worked until finally, we had no choice than to abort. I would like to send a shout out to you and your team, after previous installs being aborted for the lack of knowledge of the tech, they got it right this time. It has been a pleasure working with Brad the last three nights and although we didn’t hit a grand slam this week, this was by far the best experience that we have had with a technician. Always great to work with!

I have worked with Brad on many installations and he never falls short of exceptional!
