  • Contacted several packaging companies to help lower cost while improving breakage rates, resulting in a more than 100% improvement in breakage rate and simultaneously lowering cost by more than 50%.
  • Helped to grow warehouse from (440k) square feet to well over (3 million) square feet and employee numbers from (80) employees to well over (300) employees, while maintaining all production and safety standards.
