• Trained and learned the Pickford Realty Inc / Prudential California Realty educational system.
• Won runner up in most sales and revenue for a new agents in their first year for the company and received an award
• Built up a successful small company and career in real estate with reoccurring clients and strong referrals but decided to return to South Africa to rejoin the family real estate company, due to huge development opportunities at the time.

• Envisaged, developed and financed, a major, A grade office block for national financial institutions, Sanlam Insurance Ltd and Trust Bank Ltd (became ABSA Bank Ltd) east of Johannesburg.
• Worked with architectural team, quantity surveyors, project managed and oversaw all stages of development of 86 000 square feet of space, over six stories, negotiating and concluding all leasing agreements.
• Developed mini retail strip malls, motor car dealerships and standalone buildings for restaurants, furniture stores for national tenants and various government departments on tender.
