I load 19", 18", and 17" wheels onto an assembly line, the wheels are then taken down the line
The machinery preps the wheels and inserts the valve stems
The tire is then mounted on the wheel and balanced, I put either inner or outer weights on the wheel, it then moves down the line and is rebalanced to assure weight placement
The wheel assembly then moves on where I install the center cap and the final inspection is done before the assembly gets shipped
I also load tires on a conveyor belt where the tires are taken to a stacker to be stacked and taken to the line for assembly
I also load temp wheels on the temp line, this line assembles the spare for each set that is assembled from each line
There are three lines that the temp line assembles for
The line that I help run as a team effort, assembles 500 sets of wheels for production.
