- I load 19", 18", and 17" wheels onto an assembly line, the wheels are then taken down the line
- The machinery preps the wheels and inserts the valve stems
- The tire is then mounted on the wheel and balanced, I put either inner or outer weights on the wheel, it then moves down the line and is rebalanced to assure weight placement
- The wheel assembly then moves on where I install the center cap and the final inspection is done before the assembly gets shipped
- I also load tires on a conveyor belt where the tires are taken to a stacker to be stacked and taken to the line for assembly
- I also load temp wheels on the temp line, this line assembles the spare for each set that is assembled from each line
- There are three lines that the temp line assembles for
- The line that I help run as a team effort, assembles 500 sets of wheels for production.
