Summary

Deeply passionate about Jesus, His church, and His mission. Through my time in ministry, I have developed a strong desire to see churches, as witnesses of Jesus, engage their communities and the world with the gospel of Jesus. My desire is to be used by the Holy Spirit in leadership roles that encourage and lead churches in the Christian Reformed Church to adapt and innovate mission methodologies, so the whole gospel is made known to the whole world in relevant, meaningful ways.

  • Strengthened the team by clarifying roles, which improved the team's engagement around Resonate's three core initiatives.
  • Developed strategic plans for each core initiative with SMART goals.
  • Traveled regularly to personally engage local churches by attending Classis meetings, hosting Setting the Table, and facilitating cohorts.
  • Worked to bridge the local and global work of Resonate through one-on-one ReConnect meetings, and developed a PreConnect conversation between missionaries and their supporting churches.
  • Supported church planters in the region and developed a Church Plant Residency Network.
