I was asked to move to head up and revitalize the BBQ program within the deli department. Duties included developing a daily menu. Keeping tabs on inventory. In control of food prep for the next day and cooking process. Set up deli operations for the day first thing for other deli staff. In charge of the development of new programs such as brisket sandwich lunch special and fresh cutting board operations and a chicken wing program and menu complete with up to 5 sauce/seasoning selections. worked closely with one other employee to create a team of 3 responsible for daily lunch as well as any call in and catering orders. daily cleanup and tidiness in accordance with state health department and deli department standards

In charge of pre trip planning and supply loading, navigation and field plat production. Took part in tailgate safety meetings and equipment checks. In charge of truck and backup supply inventories. Completed daily survey tasks including GPS control setup, section corner location, discovery, and establishment. Well staking and discovery. Pipeline locating, tracking, and staking. Pipeline staking. Boundary surveys. Use of GPS, pipeline locators, electromagnetic pin finders and other common survey equipment, tools, and job types.
