In 1996, I stepped into the role of New Car Sales Manager at Sterling McCall Toyota in Houston. By October 2009, I transitioned to managing pre-owned sales at Texas Marine, focusing on used boats. I effectively managed inventory levels and utilized digital marketing to reach target audiences, significantly enhancing both sales and customer satisfaction.
