Accepted a superintendent position with Mark VII, owner and I have a 50 year relationship. Attended the same high school, served together and maintain a close relationship today.

• Established strategic vision for construction projects and company growth.
• Directed project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion.
• Fostered relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for collaboration.
• Recruited, hired and trained staff members to ensure that operational goals were met.

During this timeframe, numerous companies were founded and continue to operate today. They were all sold to employees in 2011. The following list applies: BDB Walls, BDB Concrete Pumping, BDB Waterproofing, Assisted Livings in 4 Iowa towns, and an indoor baseball training facility (UBA). Built homes in the Omaha market. All phases of construction pertaining to carpentry, concrete, cabinets and trim were completed by myself and one person.

• Collaborated with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Constructed frameworks and structures using various carpentry techniques.
• Interpreted blueprints and specifications for accurate project execution.
