  • Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to draft baseline schedules in Microsoft project & P6 Scheduling software.
  • Write, develop, and finalize subcontracts for projects within seven days of reviewing project specifications and drawings to outline the inclusion and scope of work for the subcontractors to perform.
  • Review submittals for quality control based upon supplied documentation for the project, finalize and stamp submissions to be turned over and reviewed by the government counterpart.
  • Work with architects and engineers to design project layouts, review specifications for areas of clarification and improvement, review drawings for continuity to the project design intent and hold meetings with end users and clients to verify project design and project intent.
  • Establish project sites with proper documentation such as permits, wage determination, safety supplies, etc. for the superintendent.
  • Hold coordination meetings with all parties to review the schedule, drawings and project site for effective construction/building practices, areas for collaborative work, site restrictions or issues that are present.
  • Review progress updates with the end user and client to establish a baseline of work completed, work upcoming and impediments to progress that need to be collaboratively assessed. Also, we would review the schedule progression, review comments and questions and provide meeting minutes on the progress meetings weekly.
  • Maintain, track & create the invoices for the client to be sent with all required information per the project specifications. As well as review, verify and approve subcontractor invoices for payment.
  • Create and monitor change orders & ROMs for customers during projects to establish fair, reasonable and transparent cost impacts and client requested changes.
  • Estimate projects for bidding during high rate of bidding requests from clients, work with subcontractors to ensure the proper pricing and incorporation of project documents for bid, review project drawings and create pre-bid RFIs in order to provide proper clarification on projects for bidding and create and establish bid sheets per client requirements for submission for bid review.
