  • Customers call in with problems and the agents listened and made notes. When the problem was identified the agent guided the customer step by step to fix the issue. The backbone team resolves problems for customers.

  • Received calls from field engineers and business partners needing help to complete installs repairs and solve problems. Engineers provided guidance from the printed manuals, up to date bulletins and personal experience until the issue was resolved. If there was no resolution the case was assigned to the design team.

  • As a store manager on time is 2 hours before customers were expected.
  • Incoming freight was documented and taken to the sales floor.
  • Cashiers were admitted 30 minutes before their shift to be fully prepared for guests.
  • All employees were greeted with a smile and a positive word.
  • This was carried on to the guests through the employees.
  • Work assignments were made for jobs that did not fit into the normal schedule.
  • Employees took these on in addition to their routine work.
  • Store merchandise was displayed so guests would be greeted with merchandise they wanted at prices they can afford.
  • Checkout assignments were made and filled. Scheduled cashiers were assigned to registers. Other employee assistance was brought forward as needed.
  • Gaps in the schedule were filled by trained employees or managers who could assist.
  • Sample food areas are set up and ready to start when the doors open. Heating and cooling equipment is provided for each station as needed.
