Oversee day to day construction schedule while reviewing phase specifications, quality and completion. Schedule meetings with clients and management for weekly review to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget.

• Effectively manage millwork production in house while maintaining client schedule. Act as liaison between general contractor and engineer / production departments while obtaining pertinent information to complete the job.

• Oversee construction of new residential homes in the greater Syracuse area. Manage quality control and scheduling for all subcontractors to ensure the home is built to the highest quality, within budget and on time. Engage the homeowner in the construction experience to keep them informed while projecting accurate closing dates.

• Establish effective marketing plans on a monthly basis to drive visibility and traffic to my specific community. Meet with individual consumers to determine which home will best meet their needs and fit their budget.

• Manage clients supply chain needs by providing accurate and timely quoting as well as determining the most effective method of shipping, based on their schedule.
