As a sales manager at BambooHR, I help oversee the growth and development of 7-10 account executives and senior account executives at any given time. My passion is truly with sales and people.
Over the years, I have helped create and influence a lot of the scripting we use today and lead out with our training. The majority of my time is spent helping to coach and develop those around me through call evaluations, role-plays, and deal reviews.
In addition, I'm also helping my direct reports close and win net new business, along with providing our Director of Sales accurate forecasting for my team with predictable, consistent outcomes.
While the majority of my responsibilities are directed towards my team, I look to widen my circle of influence across the floor by sharing new scripting, trainings, and best practices given our ever changing environment and fast growth.
