To be successful I was forced to push myself outside of my comfort zone to grow, learn and compete for business by making and maintaining relationships with the related careers to the Insurance industry. Not only did I get good at it, but it became my favorite part of my job which allowed me to succeed even more. I am planning on expanding my professional skills by joining a fast paced work environment that requires high skills in problem solving, decisive decision making, as well as extreme work ethic to serve my customers/clients to the best of my ability. The role I would like to succeed in next will be one where I can be a great team player but also be asked to perform well independently.
