Independently drafted and maintained patient treatment and progress notes prior to check-off by supervisor. Completed final in-service pertaining to physical agent modality use in a clinical setting for a variety of conditions.

Performed comprehensive evaluations and developed high-quality, treatment plans for individuals across the lifespan dealing with a variety of conditions affecting the upper extremities.

• Worked with Physical Therapists and Speech Therapists to provide comprehensive care in a multi-disciplinary clinic.
• Developed treatment plans for both conservative and post-operative care, as well as post-stroke to maximize quality of life.
• Communicated with surgeons and medical assistants regarding clinical observations impacting a patient's care.
• Tailored treatment plans to the occupational importance and priorities of the patient.
