  • Created a centralized App for all power BI reporting, storing dashboards to aid in streamlined data access – including item slotting specific dashboarding, customer mapping and others.
  • Managed business continuity planning following a warehouse fire which resulted in 2/3 of the building volume being unable to be picked due to damage to machinery. Quickly shifting volume to nearby sites and planning transportation we were able to minimize any impact on our customers while strategically planning a long-term solution and route orders back to their home distribution center.
  • Managed team of slotting analyst to optimally control product placement and settings of over 32,000 SKU’s to improve warehouse throughput as well as oversee key metrics with continuously evolving product mixtures and business needs.
  • Aided in strategic account onboarding such as Temple, Valley Health, University of Penn and OptumRX by visiting each site, assessing ordering volume and working with a courier partner to establish optimized routing and order picking to satisfy customers’ delivery needs.
  • Created a DC specific SharePoint website to house all pertinent information for the distribution center, for easy accessibility on projects, audit readiness, daily operations reporting and more.
  • Utilizing MS Power Automate to create an automated workflow to increase processing time and data storage. Creating additional visibility, communication, and product loss prevention. Using the information captured, I could bill the couriers 50k per year for unsolicited returns based on a contractual agreement.
  • Improved outbound on time delivery metrics from 30% to 90%+ by managing data, optimizing routes, and continuous review of KPI's.
  • Built an improved data driven courier daily update that improved insight on delivery status that was pushed out to docks across the nation.
  • Aided in training and onboarding Planning Managers in multiple distribution centers throughout the network to get them up to speed quickly. Through that created a document to layout detailed documentation on tasks and tool kit.
  • Worked through a loss of 14% volume reduction by re-configuring all linehauls and transportation routes in conjunction with our courier partners. Also, re-slotting products throughout the building for new demand levels.
  • $250K annual savings by consolidating last mile delivery routes and minimizing linehaul shuttle footprint.
