- Created a centralized App for all power BI reporting, storing dashboards to aid in streamlined data access – including item slotting specific dashboarding, customer mapping and others.
- Managed business continuity planning following a warehouse fire which resulted in 2/3 of the building volume being unable to be picked due to damage to machinery. Quickly shifting volume to nearby sites and planning transportation we were able to minimize any impact on our customers while strategically planning a long-term solution and route orders back to their home distribution center.
- Managed team of slotting analyst to optimally control product placement and settings of over 32,000 SKU’s to improve warehouse throughput as well as oversee key metrics with continuously evolving product mixtures and business needs.
