Covered press calls for five hot stamp presses first and foremost. Repairing dies in tool room by welding, grinding, and resurfacing steels. Replacing hydraulic, nitro, and waterlines. Using large overhead crane to move and open 60,000lb dies.

•Cover tool and die calls over whole plant including two roll mills, eight prog. presses, robotic welders, robotic assembly cells, and bender machines.
