I have worked on the wholesale side, ensuring that shops and other dealerships get the correct parts they are ordering by providing an exceptional experience by providing them with accurate and timely parts handling. I have worked with the public on the retail side of the parts department, ensuring that every customer who came in got the correct part they were looking for. Working with the service department, I made sure technicians received the parts they needed to get their job done in a timely and accurate manner. Also, working with the sales department I was responsible for providing new and old customers with the correct accessories that they wished to add on to their new purchases.
