• Managed creative strategy development and deployment by by spec scripts, submissions, and manuscripts as potential projects.
• Responsible for, and associate producer on the following projects in development: Made in Sweden (DreamWorks SKG), Burn Site (Solution Entertainment), The Company Man (Matthew McConaughey attached), and Hindenburg (Parkes-MacDonald). Developed projects from the ground up from original ideas and source material, collaborating with and managing writers and directors.
• Successfully developed the project, The Company Man, from a conceptually strong first draft to a polished screenplay that attracted Academy Award winner Matthew McConaughey to which he later attached himself to the project.
• Directed all operational, production and administrative functions related to creative development including meetings and conference calls, pitches, set visits, and company travel.

• Managed all aspects of department meetings, including scheduling, meeting prep, running the meeting, note taking, and post meeting debriefing sessions.
• Prepared for and ran both Scratch Recording and Production Recording sessions. This included preparing slate pages, providing actors with visual references, and logging and editing takes.
• Managed teams of Story Artists and Editors, ensuring sure both the needs and deadlines of each department are met, as well as individual artist needs are fulfilled.
