  • Supervise and coordinate inspection activities, CPM schedules, and inspections to achieve quality control benchmarks, as well as to manage and maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Effectively inspected over 50 projects in my 19 years with Frederick County in multiple areas including Transportation projects consisting of roadway construction, pavement management, bridge construction, storm water management, utilities, sidewalk replacement, subdivision acceptance inspections, parkland development, and specialization in lead of inspection activities on Capital Improvement Program projects.
