Ensured all Non-Appropriated Funds Financial Auditor requests are meet by the deadline and that daily/monthly financial paperwork, as well as quarterly budgets where updated IAW the Resource Manager's Office. This supported the organization's needs in covering the cost of programs and maintaining equipment to satisfy fitness interest and the needs of the population. Statements (PWS) for all Fitness Center contracts, Serve as the alternate Services Contract Evaluator for Fitness Center Contracts using the following electronic platforms; Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Joint Appointment Module (JAM), Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Surveillance and Performance Monitoring (SPM) Contracting Communication Module (CCM), U.S. Bank (GPC), and various other platforms within PIEE. I have used and have access to the Defense Enterprise Accounting Management System (DEAMS) to complete AF Form 9’s for purchasing of good and contract for the 49 FSS/CC.
Determine the adequacy of our facilities by utilizing a 5-year facility improvement plan. The plan included any renovations, additions or expansions and submitted the work orders to CES or PWS and form 9's to contracting. Insured inventory control of all the property, equipment, and supplies protecting governmental assets for both NAF and AFP. Coordinated and implemented the plans and policies ensuring we were compliant with established safety, fire and environmental directives.
