Through my work as a manager, I was responsible for maintaining the safety of members, cleaning the pool and pool areas, overseeing the opening/closing of duties, managing and scheduling other guards, teaching swimming lessons, and addressing member concerns. I worked 50 hours per week and supported the supervisor of the company. In addition to my duties, I also served as a liaison between the employees and the company.

I worked an average of 35 hours per week in the Lumber Department. My responsibilities include: providing customer support; restocking shelves; performing inventory; maintaining a clean and safe environment; supporting management; having a working knowledge of lumber and building materials; attending training sessions; providing training of new employees; and, performing opening and closing duties.
My responsibilities included: taking orders/serving food; creating a positive dining experience for customers; bussing and resetting tables; cleaning floors, tables, bathrooms, and kitchen; restocking condiments; supporting management and co-workers; meeting with co-workers on a regular basis to establish work plans and open lines of communication; and, providing honest feedback to management.
Responsibilities included: answering phones, delivering gifts, accompanying patients to rooms, and greeting people with a smile and kind words. Our mission included providing positivity and encouragement to patients and their families. I supported other volunteers and supervisors in a collaborative community. During this time of Covid, we worked hard to provide a safe and healthy environment. I made special connections with patients who had to visit the hospital on a regular basis and strived to make them welcome.
