I have an extensive background in various departments across RJRT/BAT. I have held many roles focused on Business Performance and Trade Pricing. I have a unique skillset and understanding of the Pricing Process from when decisions are made through execution at retail. I have worked with various internal/external stakeholders and developers to deliver our Trade Pricing Strategy through tool development and resource allocation.
Responsible for various pricing deployment processes to Trade Marketing for 7 years while never having it as a core responsibility. Frequently collaborate with other Growth Management teams, LEX, Finance, Tax and Planning and Deployment functions to ensure that pricing plans and changes align with national and state specific strategies.
I have played an integral role in ensuring that Brand and Growth Management initiatives are completely and accurately deployed to the field and customers. I have frequently engaged with Field Trade Marketing (FTM) personnel to ensure national and state specific pricing strategies and other levers are deployed according to plan. Responsible for seeing Manufacturer Price Increase (MPI) deployment to the FTM and Customers through the Pricing Tools and API; while closely working with various departments to ensure timely and accurate execution. Continually look for process efficiencies by leading cross-functional workstreams (Growth Management, Field Trade Marketing, Trade Marketing Development, LEX, Finance, DBS, GBS, Systems, Tax).
